Dealing with Ashton to buy my 2022 Highlander at Gettel was a pleasure. He was friendly and thorough. I had checked Edmunds and Carfax, etc., and felt I got a fair deal. A different salesperson, Robert, helped me when I came to pick up the car. He gassed it up and went above and beyond to find special screws to make sure the license plate wouldn't scratch the finish.

Andy, Brandon and Michael were very helpful in purchasing my new Buick Envision Avenir! Andy went outside the box to find the Buick Envision Avenir in amethyst metallic that I wanted. I drove one hour to get the SUV in the color that I wanted as no one in my neighborhood was willing to do this for me. Andy and Brandon also took a great deal of time to explain how the vehicle works and Michael was a godsend in explaining the financial situation. My brand new 2025 150,000.00 Corvette experience at gettel. Started February when I brought my car to gettel to get factory problems fixed.. My car was damaged by the body shop. Scratches over spray miss alignment of top seat was turned black car inside covered in dirt. Paint with dirt paint feels like braile this is how JP was giving me back my car on 3 occasions.. I was talked into getting a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali pick up truck by a salesman at Gettel. I was told there was minimal water intrusion due to a cracked windshield during shipping, so the carpeting had been replaced. When I got home I found rust in the metal below the back seat. Robert Hebein (sales) is the best sales associate I have ever met. He worked diligently to accomplish my mission of purchasing the car I wanted and I even surprised him by selling my pickup as a trade...he never missed a beat and handled all within a couple of hous. Mitchel (Finance) was also a blessing to deal with...honest and explained options and was very efficient. Best Auto Dealership I have experienced because of the excellence of these two men.

So ... I WAS seriously interested in buying 98K 2500HD Denali from this dealership for my son. After some online comms ... I emailed some sales guy named Michael Moore asking would you consider reducing the price with 2k of add-ons to 97K. If so I would buy the truck. This was at 4:38 PM. "If you throw in the hard cover and lighted GMS logo for 97K - we will take it" He texted back at 4:46 PM. "If I was 6'10 I'd be playing for the Boston Celtics (Wink)" ARE you kidding???

What a great dealership, part of a chain but this one has a family feel, dealt withJustin Yurkovitch who was knowledgeable and spot on with all of his information. Primarily communicated over the phone and email before we could meet. Once we got to the dealership he had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. I have to say we buy vehicles more often than most and this transaction was seamless. If they have the right vehicle on the lot we would buy from them again.
Terrible svc ,brought my c8 in for transmission fluid change stated they didn't have the fluid,could of called me to cancel the appointment. They wont notify me when they get it so they want me to keep calling them. I notified them that i could get the fluid if they would change it for me and they said no,I'm concerned about voiding my warranty, evidently their not concerned.
The service was excellent, and the service advisor was very knowledgeable. The service area was clean and very comfortable.

I went in for a scheduled oil change. I was greeted immediately. They called me when my car was finished. Upon picking it up, Krystle asked if I had any reward points, which I didn't know the answer to. She quickly sent me the link to receive my member number where she found that I did have points to use towards my bill. Visits to car dealers, whether purchasing or having service done is usually a close second to a root canal. I recently made an appointment for scheduled service and when I showed up at the GMc service department I was greeted by probably the nicest customer service person I have experienced in years, in fact possibly ever. Krystle Ross was her name and she was a joy to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. I think the world could use more people like her and you are lucky to have her at your dealership.
